Directions: To Prepare: Makes 3 cups of oats 1 cup Organic Steel Cut Oats 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste) 3 cups water Bring water and salt to a boil. Add oats, reduce heat, and cook, partially covered for 10-20 minutes (depending on how chewy you like your oats). Stir occasionally. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
Servings: 5, serving size: 1/4 cup dry (43g).
