Is Shipping Included?

Domestic shipping is included for every order unless your account manager specified you are seeing X-works pricing. Depending on the order size and the contents of the order, this will decide if your order will be shipped ground or freight. Usually, any orders over $2,000 or 200 lbs do need to be palletized. Once the order is completed, your account manager will reach out if we require any additional information to ensure a safe delivery process.

What Are Standard Shipping Times?

Shipping times vary on order size & location, but we advise ordering roughly between 7-14 days prior to a deadline. If you do need urgent shipping after placing an order, please use our contact form, and we will let you know what the options are.

Who Do I Contact For Shipping Related Questions?

Can I Sell These Products In My Store?

Yes, we encourage it! If you own a retail store and would like to inquire about MSRP’s, please use our contact form, and we will be happy to discuss the best way to resell our products.

Can I submit a Request For Tax-Exempt Status?

Yes! Please email your tax-exempt form to your account manager and we will make sure you are not charged for taxes upon checkout.

Can I Arrange Freight Shipping From Your Warehouse?

Of course. Please contact your account manager to ask for an X-works quote, picked up from either NJ or AZ.

Can I Checkout With Payment-terms?

We can extend payment terms for ACH payment only after the first purchase is made. Please reach out to your account manager to request terms for all future orders.
