Our wild Alaskan salmon is filleted by hand, dry brined, and smoked over Alderwood fires. Using a meticulous retort process, the salmon's flavor and texture is carefully preserved, extending its shelf life and eliminating the need for refrigeration. Add our salmon to a bagel, crackers, a salad—you name it—for a deeply smokey flavor that everyone will enjoy. Made without preservatives, fillers, dyes, or pesticides, our sustainably-caught salmon is a healthy addition to any meal.

Store in a cool, dry location. Remove fillet from pouch and discard juices. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 days. Serving Suggestions: Serve with crackers and cheeses, or on a charcuterie board. Break up and add to soups, salads, omelets, or pasta dishes. Mix with cream cheese to make a smoked salmon dip.
